好萊塢影星強尼戴普（Johnny Depp）2016年離婚官司纏訟半年，法院最後判定他要支付700萬美金（約2.2億台幣）贍養費給前妻安珀赫德（Amber Heard）、律師費雙方各付各的正式斬斷關係。不知道是不是打官司上癮，他13日再度上法院控告金控公司嚴重瀆職，害他2.5億美金（約80億台幣）財產人間蒸發。

根據外媒《US Magazine》報導，強尼戴普滿滿52頁控告書當中，指控曼德爾金控集團（The Mandel Co, The Management Group,TMG）及其工作人員不當管理他的名下財產，造成他近80億台幣的財產人間蒸發，但是基於合約金控可抽取1億美金（約32億台幣）高額佣金，龐大的花費令他相當不滿。

指控書指出，強尼戴普一直依靠金融專業人士提供理財建議，並且信任金融公司為他處理他的財產及法律事務，確保自己的財務有個安全的保障，「強尼戴普透過多年的努力工作，有了大筆的資金財產，但是多年來金融公司的嚴重管理不善，甚至根本以詐欺的手段，害他損失上千萬美元，還要被迫處置重要資產，來支付金融公司瀆職造成的損失。」

對此，曼德爾金控集團律師發表聲明回應，並指出強尼戴普的指控完全是捏造不實的謊言，甚至強調他的財產之所以會出現問題，根本原因在於「強尼戴普的不負責任與過度揮霍！」他們相信這場訴訟注定失敗，強尼戴普必須依照先前的承諾償還金控公司500萬美元（約16億台幣）的貸款。

農曆春節期間，中國、香港和台灣等地都休市，但歐美市場仍照常交易，尤其川普上任後引發外匯市場劇烈的波動，美元指數走弱，非美元貨幣避險需求大增，瑞朗、日圓，以及加幣漲幅約在1％左右。

元大期貨指出，自1月24日台股封關至1月31日5個交易日，相當多的投資人於新春期間透過元大期全球交易系統，適時掌握川普新政所引發的投資契機，其中以外匯期貨交易量居冠，約占國外期貨交易量的37％，顯見投資人於春節期間避險需求旺盛。

春節期間外匯市場主要受到弱勢美元影響，美元指數累計下跌0.86％，帶動其他非美元貨幣攀漲，包含瑞郎及日圓等兩大避險貨幣分別上漲1.台灣銀行創業貸款29％、0.99％，而加幣、歐元和英鎊漲幅也在0.5％以上。

川普甫上任便迅速廢除TPP，又頒布具爭議性的旅遊禁令，即是暫停向伊朗、伊拉克等7國發放簽證，引發國內抗議不斷，德英日等國亦表示不支持的態度。

此外，川普日前亦抨擊德日中等國意圖使本幣貶值，恐傷害美國企業及消費者，隱含政府未來有干預匯市的中小企銀貸款風險，對於美元後市不利。近日技術線圖亦顯示美元指數持續受到短期均線壓制，失守100整數關卡，賣壓未見緩解跡象，現階段恐仍有回落空間。

另外，日本和歐洲雖然施行負利率政策，但受到美元走弱影響，短線呈現反彈，尤其日圓受到避險買氣助長，春節期間累計漲跌幅高達0.99％。因日本央行1月31日宣布維持－0.1％的基準利率和調控長期公債殖利率的政策不變，並延長寬鬆期限1年。雖然日本通膨仍偏低，但若市場風險轉強，日圓還是有短線拉高機會。

元大期貨表示，近期外匯波動主要是受到美元偏弱的影響，其中美元走勢又與川普政策息息相關，預期春節過後，川普新政除邊界控管和匯率問題外，4兆美元的基礎建設架構也將呼之欲出，可望帶動美元指數等外匯期貨波動加劇，投資人可透過台灣期交所的歐元兌美元、美元對日圓期貨等外匯期貨進行避險或投機策略。
